Meet the Team
Jesse has been in Commercial Real Estate for over 15 years. Prior to founding 326 Group, he was the Director of Real Estate and Market Leader for SARA Investment Real Estate overseeing and maximizing performance for a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties while also leading all new acquisition and disposition efforts.

Prior to that he was the Senior Property Manager for Ryan Companies, managing Capella Tower, a 1.4 million square foot Class A office tower located in downtown Minneapolis. He began his career in the National Account office of Cushman Wakefield. During this time, he led teams on behalf of national clients H&R Block and Edward Jones overseeing site selection, transaction management, facility management and construction.

Jesse holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Columbia College and an MBA from Webster University. He is involved with numerous commercial real estate groups including ULI, NAIOP, and BOMA.
Frank has over 20 years of real estate experience, covering office, land, multifamily, warehouse, adaptive reuse, and retail sectors leading teams through all aspects of projects including but not limited to site selection and acquisition, due diligence, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination, financing, leasing, and sale negotiations.
Previously Frank worked on behalf of Stahl Construction (Development and Strategy Director), The Ackerberg Group (Senior Development Manager), Hines (Manager), and Pulte Homes (Development Manager), holding positions in leadership and management.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Denison University, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He is an active member in numerous commercial real estate and professional groups; he serves on the Advisory Board for the Urban Land Institute as well as being a member of its Small Scale Development Council and participating in various Technical Assistance Panels. Frank serves as an Executive Board Member (President 2021) of CCIM Minnesota Dakotas Chapter.
